Mosaic sculptures in Pordenone Art and Food
The Scuola Mosaicisti del Friuli was a guest at the Pordenone Art and Food event, precisely at the appointment on Sunday 4 October 2020 dedicated to “panpitina”, a particular dessert created by Stefano Venier from Spilimbergo.
Pordenone Art and Food was born as an exhibition that wants to combine art with the quality food of the region.
Thus pitina, a particular salami from western Friuli for the occasion, reinterpreted in a sweet key, was counterbalanced by mosaic art, a traditional production of the same territory.
On the stage of Sunday’s event two Forme plastiche (Plastic Forms) made a fine show of themselves, mosaic sculptures whose golden tiles illuminated the presentation of the sweets.
