ARTIERA Crafts at the fair
The Scuola Mosaicisti del Friuli is among the institutions invited to participate in Artiera – Mestieri in Fiera (ARTIERA – Crafts at the fair), a new exhibition event scheduled from 5 to 7 May 2023 in the pavilions of Udine and Gorizia Fiere in Torreano di Martignacco (Udine).
Artiera wants to be a showcase for the artisanal and artistic production of the regional territory. The intention is thus to show the wealth of traditional knowledge, but also the most innovative and current expressions.
«Every profession and every workshop brings its history, perhaps a century old, to the Fair to tell it and be rediscovered. The event will be organized with the collaboration of the main sector associations, with the aim of creating a link between the present, the past and the future: a new fair that looks to tradition, a fair that did not exist and wants to take root ».
The panorama of activities represented is wide: from food to art, from clothing to music.
The Scuola Mosaicisti del Friuli, as a training institution of excellence in the field of artistic craftsmanship, will be present with its own stand. Visitors will thus be able to obtain information on the professionalizing study path and on the further services offered by the School.
The Fair will be open to visitors free of charge from Friday 5 May to Sunday 7 May 2023, from 10.00 to 19.00.
