Mosaic opened in Lignano
It was designed to be incorporated in bathhouse 7 of Lignano Pineta The work has been made during the Mosaic Symposium organised by Lignano Pineta Company with the Lignano Sabbiadoro City, in collaboration with the Friuli Mosaic School(Marzia Canzian, Ilaria Del Signore, Serena Diana, Alessandra Di Gennaro, Angelica Di Marco e Nicole Stefan ) The Mosaic is conceived by the artist Gianni Borta.
The vernissage took place Saturday, June 11 at the end of the fourth edition of the symposium of Mosaic in Lignano, an event that involved the school mosaicists of Friuli and its residents. The symposium was held at the initiative of the company Lignano Pineta and was supported and sponsored by the City of Lignano Sabbiadoro and the Promo Turismo FVG.
The inauguration of Saturday was a moment of celebration and reflection on the mosaic with the presentation of the art critic Enzo Santese. Among the numerous authorities, present the regional councillor Pietro Paviotti, the provincial councillor Carlo Teghil, the director of the Mosaicists School of Friuli Gian Piero Brovedani, the mayor of Lignano Luca Fanotto, the tourism councillor Massimo Brini, the President of the company Lignano Pineta Giorgio Ardito.
