Success at EXPO MILANO 2015
- Until July 9 continues the exposition and performance of the school mosaicists of Friuli at the event of the moment: EXPO MILANO 2015.
- Housed inside thestand of the Friuli Venezia Giulia region, the school of the mosaicists of Friuli is gaining much interest from the public, involved in the creation of a mosaic with the possibility of choosing personally from the bulletin board of Colors the tiles to be inserted in the composition.
- The widow’s Evelina, Cristina De Leoni, Marzia Canzian, Maestre mosaiciste, are creating live, a series of works inspired by the theme “Fvg Uvaggi”. Their interpretive sensibility, competence, open dialogue with the public drew the attention of several Media: Particularly stimulating an interview curated by RAI, which gave voice to the ideas and projects that revolve around the mosaic and the school in history and current events.
- The context is enriched by the exposition of a floor mosaic carried out by the pupils of the school, a faithful copy of a portion of the pavement of the Basilica of Aquileia (Aula Nord), a mosaic carpet of ca. 15 sqm that welcomes visitors.
