Testimonial for Annuario, the regional statistical yearbook
The Scuola Mosaicisti del Friuli will be one of the testimonials chosen by the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region for the presentation of the regional statistical yearbook (Annuario) with the significant title 50 anni di cifre. E adesso? (50 years of figures. And now?)..
Just to celebrate the 50th edition of the Annuario, the Statistics Office of the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region organized a public event on October 24th at 10.00 am in the Representation Hall in Piazza dell’Unità d’Italia in Trieste. On this occasion the president of the Scuola Moasicisti del Friuli, Stefano Lovison, will take part in a round table with Stefano Casaleggi, general manager of AREA Science Park, Marina Collautti, head of recruitment and selection for Generali Italia, and Stefano Fantoni, champion of ESOF 2020, for a comparison on the changes occurring in half a century of history and on future prospects. At the opening will be shown a video on the School, a summary of its history and its current mission, between training and production. Interviews with fourteen testimonials will then be proposed, protagonists of the cultural, scientific and economic life of our region that have flowed into the Annuario in narrative form. A special volume therefore this year, which contains not only the statistical reports on the analysis of demographic, social and climatic data, but also the observations and reflections of the testimonials, chosen as an expression of sectors of excellence in the region. The subjects interviewed represent: OSMER FVG, University of Udine, Mosaic School of Friuli, University of Trieste, Generali Italia, AREA Science Park, PAN Frecce Tricolori, Pordenonelegge, Port System Authority of the Eastern Adriatic Sea, Autovie Venete, ESOF 2020, Friuli Venezia Giulia Region. To these are added the world soccer champion Dino Zoff and the chef Antonia Klugmann.
It is therefore a different way of presenting, in parallel to the statistical information, the evolution of the region, also represented by the photographic equipment selected by the CRAF – Centro di Ricerca e Archiviazione della Fotografia.
