The CREAttivo #8 short film
On Friday 9 October 2026, in the Aula Magna of the Scuola Mosaicisti del Friuli, the first public screening will take place of the short film dedicated to CREAttivo #8, which captures the concept and the complex work involved in the entire project, contextualising the various stages and creative moments that led to the staging of the theatre production Upcycling in domus in Aquileia on 5 and 6 September.
The short film, which takes the form of a documentary, will also chronicle the creation of the mosaic works by students from the Scuola Mosaicisti del Friuli, Giulia Rossi and Katarzyna Kowalczyk, winners of the CREAttivo #8 competition. The two students designed and created mosaic inlays on chairs and a table by Gervasoni, transforming these pieces of furniture into props.
