CREAttivo #2 in Gemona del Friuli
On Sunday 25 July 2021 at 6.45 pm the table with benches and the information bulletin board, produced by the Legnolandia company and enriched with mosaic interventions, will be inaugurated in the Park of the Castle of Gemona del Friuli (UD), winning results of the CREAttivo #2 ideas competition.
Curated by the Maravee Association in collaboration with the Mosaic School of Friuli, the CREAttivo #2 contest required the students of the School to design projects for mosaic interventions on some furnishing accessories made available to the companies Legnolandia, Gervasoni and Very Wood.
The table and the showcase were from the beginning designed for the green space surrounding the Gemona del Friuli Castle. The mosaic projects presented by the students Jonas Paul Giubbini (first course a.f. 2020/2021) for the bulletin board and Laura Seravalli (third course a.f. 2020/2021) for the table were judged the best precisely because they are able to dialogue with the surrounding environment.
Made in the last month in the School’s laboratories, the finished mosaics were delivered to the Legnolandia company which assembled the accessories and transported them to the site. On Sunday 25 July 2021 they will be publicly presented to the public in an event that will combine art, theater, dance, nature and design.
