Ceremony for the presentation of “Maestro Mosaicista” qualification certificates for the academic year 2018/2019

On Friday, June 14the ceremony for the presentation of professional qualification certificates was held in the council chamber of Palazzo di Sopra in Spilimbergo.

The newly qualified Mosaic Masters, at the end of the year 2018-2019, are: Nicola Chiavotti, Sofia Maria Cianferoni, Simona Di Maio, Oriana angela Di Maria, Alessia Filippi, Luis Guerra Sobejano, Gabriele La Sala, Anna Malysh, Andrea Gulia Paliaga, Nyla Pasquiou, Anita Pilotti, Chiara Platolino, Alessandro Truant.

The President Stefano Lovison and the Director Gian Piero Brovedani, together with all the teachers of the Scuola Mosaicisti del Friuli, have thus paid tribute to the young mosaic artists for having achieved an important milestone in their lives and professional careers, sharing this moment with families and friends arrived, not only from all over Friuli, but also from different Italian and foreign cities.

The President Stefano Lovison introduced the ceremony by congratulating the students on the objective achieved and thanking them and their family for “believing in the potential of the School and in the professional opportunities it could offer; I was struck by the skill, but also by your education, positivity and ability to work in team”.

The mayor of Spilimbergo Enrico Sarcinelli also took part in the ceremony, “proud of you, newly qualified masters, who represent not only the excellence of the city of Spilimbergo, but also the future of mosaic art”.
